Hostal Top Location ideal para viajeros Polanco

My stay was Excellent. Especially Claudia from receprion, she helped me with transportation from Hostal to airport AIFA. Very nice and friendly staff. Perfect place. Good price in this area. Great food on the street. Copycenter 5 min from hostal, when you need print airticket - boarding pass. I recommend this accommodation.

Everything was great, there was free parking right by the property and the unit was clean and comfy.

Only thing is that the TVs in the bedrooms didn't work, the remote didn't function well.

Location is not bad. Staff is very friendly and helpful

Door doesn’t lock or even properly close, which is absurd. One of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed. Bathroom smells, shower unbelievably dirty. Doesn’t have staff during the night so other guests put music super loud etc.

It is very good located in the Polanco area The house in general is very clean and well dressed

Room was very small no windows or something for air to recycle other than the main door, tv didnt work, the bed was slightly comfortable but the mattress was very old and the pillows were not comfortable. It was too noisy, you can hear all that happened outside the room.

Location was perfect for visiting the Venezuelan embassy.

I definitely don't advice this place. First of all they did not mention on the post but the room does not have any windows. I cannot even say it's a hostel. Some rooms in a building and they are not clean at all. They don't have a security after 7 and on the weekends. When I visited CDMX, Monday was public holiday and the place even did not cleaned the bathrooms for 3 days.
