フロントスタッフさんは感じが良く、施設自体にはとても満足です。朝食も美味しかったです。

施設の事ではないのですが… スポーツ関連で中学生や高校生？大学生？の団体が複数泊まっていた時期で、賑やかでした。賑やかなのは良いのですが、EV待ちやフロント前の騒がしさ、チェックイン時、フロントの方が一生懸命に説明を頂いている時に、その声が聞こえない程で残念でした。もう少し節度ある利用を心掛けて欲しい、せめてスポーツをされる指導者や責任者の方へ、ホテル側からも促して頂けたらと思いました。

温泉　朝風呂にはいれる点が◎

チェックアウトの際　受付のスタッフの方がPC操作をしながら「ありがとうございました。」と顔を上げすに挨拶していたのは印象が悪いと感じました

駅近なのに静かで仕事でヘトヘトになった身体には温泉がありがたかった。忘れ物をすぐご連絡頂き、当然着払いと思っていたらホテル負担で申しわけないと共に二度と忘れるまいと思った。ありがとうございました。和歌山の方々は土地柄か、温暖で優しいですね。
