friendly staff it was great

The staff was friendly, however, the hotel is a hangout place for allegedly suspected criminal activity, in my opinion. The rooms are newly renovated, however the cleanliness of the rooms are not. I will say, upon noticing the dirty bedding and clogged shower, the staff responded quickly to resolve the matters. The parking lot is a dumping ground. Hallways smelled of smoke. I selected this property as a last minute decision to attend a college football game. The rate was reasonable and only a $10 a night pet fee. This was my first stay and last stay at this property.

The main lobby smelled like a hot box as did the elevator. the elevator floor was covered in litter. The room itself was nice and the staff was very accomodating.

Everything was good — friendly, helpful staff, clean, everything worked, comfortable enough. Good value. Good location for business or medical trip.

Not Suitable for Short-Term Stays This property is clearly geared toward long-term residents rather than short-term hotel guests. There is no standard check-in desk—instead, you have to call a number at the entrance, and someone will lift a metal security door to check you in. The atmosphere is unsettling: the hallways and common areas reek of marijuana, and during our stay, we witnessed yelling, crying, and apparent drug use. One individual was openly using IV drugs in a parked car just outside the building. While the rooms appear recently updated, the overall environment feels unsafe and unpleasant. Signs in the elevator indicate that guests are expected to take out their own trash, and housekeeping is only provided weekly—further suggesting this is a long-term stay facility. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers seeking a safe, comfortable, or traditional hotel experience.

Property had a lot of noise. Loud even late at night. Seems like a hotel that gets booked to party or stay after the partying. Wouldn’t recommend if traveling as a family unit with children.
