Aparna Niwas Home Stay Family Friendly Varanasi

Starting here, in the heart of Old Town, offers the 100% genuine Varanasi hippie trail experience. I enjoyed staying here very much, but you have to be of a certain mind set, because it's almost an exploration grade adventure, in every way. Our hosts vere super lovely, a beautiful Indian family, playing the Gayatri Mantra for hours every morning.

The place is super noisy all night (noises from the street), and the cleanliness is not to Western standards. Bring your own towel.

Very convenient location, friendly hosts. Doing a homestay here is special to feel a part of a real indian household. Good drinking water is included which is nice. Hot water works.

Place could be cleaner, and quieter.

Owner was lovely and well behaved, whole apartment with no disturbance is what you need at this cost price, Owner make sure that we wake up at time and visit various locations, owner also made sure we ate something as it is not hotel so no food is served either u make your own our eat out

While booking it showed kitchen is included in my booking but owner asked 200 rs for using Kitchenwares. Thought it was not much and almost all ingredients were available yet asking extra was what I didn’t like. 2- bed linen need to be upgraded, better bed linen can be served
