The location, the facilities and the pool area. The staff was friendly, food from restaurant was great.

First day we arrived there was no electricity due to thunderstorm, they didn’t provide backup lights. TV and WiFi didn’t work in the room although we reported it multiple times it was never fixed during our stay. The carpet in the room was smelling, the bathroom toilet was not flushing properly. The phones in the rooms were not working which makes it hard to reach reception, couldn’t call using our phone since there was no WiFi and our phones didnt have network due to roaming. Although they promised to sort it out nothing was done and we weee booked for 4 nights.

The place is beautiful, especially the common areas. Pity the rain stopped us from enjoying the facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Dove - cleanliness could be improved there especially in the bathrooms - which could also do with an upgrade. The entrance was flooded and slippery due to endless rainfall, and insufficient drainage made access to the rooms difficult.

The place is fantastic. Very calm clean. Service Perfect . The food at the restaurant is too nice.

The rooms are too far from the parking. When we reached there were few employees to help us to carry the luggage. We were obliged to curry by ourselves. We got a cut of energy for almost one day due to the storm there is no generator and restaurant was closed. The internet same was not available during our stay.
