Facilities are great - poolside, Bar in the garden, great setting of fascilities in a beaitiful Botanical garden. Upmarket venue with a lot of attention to detail. It rivals other 5* venues. On site restaurant delivers great food. Rooms are large and comfortable. This is a legacy hotel with a lot of ambience. This was a second visit and it didn't disappoint.

Front desk staff have a lackadaisical attitude and let down the rating of the restaurant of the hotel staff who are excellent.

Almost everything but the aircon wasnt working, i think the curtains you couldnt instead some blinds to better manage the door and privacy.

the curains, aircon, the fact you dont have a toilet in the swimingpool area we need to go to our rooms.
