Property was nice, private and quiet. 10 - 15 minute walk to main centre. Good for entertaining.

Poor communication from staff via WhatsApp and emails. For example, Our key was not in the lock box. Spent an hour on the side of the road, trying to contact staff to assist no answer. A friendly local assisted us to call another number as the one we had via the website did not work. Issue was then resolved. Secondly, we could not find the iron, or any cutlery. Messaged staff who took over a day and a half to respond with did you check the cupboards, which we did. Informed them we still could not find any cutlery and we had to buy our own, no response or apology. The kitchen had empty coffee and tea cannisters, which we had to buy our own. There was no oil or salt either. The laundry was also located in the basement of the house, which smelt of mould. The TV was old and the screen had a blue film to it. The beds were very uncomfortable, thin and springs could be felt, pillows flat. The bedrooms were stuffy, fans were supplied but still needed the windows open. If these were amended the property would be great.

It is spacious, good location and clean

Inflexible for the early check in or late check out time. Been asking for few days about early check in, however is not accommodated by the host

A spacious house, terrasse and garden area on top of a hill. Approx 15 min walk to Bellagio center. Well equipped kitchen. The house seemed to be clean. No IKEA furniture discovered.

Though a well equipped kitchen, the layout/design of it was not optimal for cooking, e.g. only small table and storage space for groceries in the kitchen. The temperature in the house was 18 degrees when we arrived. Instructions on heating could be better. The beds are big but not comfortable to sleep in (hard). TV not usable due to (still) missing remote control. Loose toilet seat. The GFCI of the automatic gate was deactivated and needed to be reactivated manually three times on our stay. It should be done in a box located inside the gate. Luckily we didn't experience the switch off, when arriving at the gate from outside! In general, communication was a challenge, but contact persons were available, when needed.

No fan. Way too far from town to walk. There is NO Uber available

Nice area and spacious

It was not clean. Had obviously not been opened prior to our arrival. Quite a few lights not working. Some were fixed when we raised it but should have been sorted prior to our arrival. Lawns were overgrown and someone arrived during our stay and had mower and edge trimmers going from 8:00 am to 3:30pm, just ridiculous. No TV remote, we’re told it had just broken and one was on order, although I note there is a review from August saying the same thing, was told to use the buttons on the tv, only problem is there weren’t any so we couldn’t use the tv. Bathroom mat was filthy. Stains on bedspread. Repeatedly told it was a 10 min walk to centre of city, I timed it and it was 22 mins down hill and 37 mins uphill. Overall a pretty shabby house that needs significant maintenance.

House was unfortunately not fit for guests cleanliness wise. There were dead bugs in every room (on the floor, on the windowsills). We found dead bugs on the wall that had been killed, smeared and just left there (there was blood literally on the wall in the living room from a dead mosquito). While we understand AC is not common in Europe, there could’ve been a little more effort to create comfort for guests in a heat wave. The house had one small fan in one of the bedrooms (of 3 total) that barely worked. It was HOT! Should also note the TV in the living room just didnt have a remote?? We were told to “use the buttons on the side”
