Terrible room without a proper door and no Wi-Fi connection

The reception staffs still politely welcomed us, even we arrived a bit late due to traffic jammed. And, when one of the aircond in one of the room blown up in the middle of the second night, the maintenance staff sent us a stand fan. The female reception staff was so nice to us and told us it's okay, even we checked out 30 minutes late. Thanks a lot to all staffs.

We got a family room number 1705. 1. When we arrived, the electric supply was out because the main switch in the fuse box was off. This had made the refrigerator not working, and we need to wait a few hours for it to cooling off our drinks and food. 2. The bathroom in the master bedroom has no tap/faucet near the toilet bowl, so it was so difficult for us Muslim to use the toilet. We did asked for another room, but was told there was no vacant room anymore. 3. The tap/faucet in the other bathroom was leaking, and this had made the floor so slippery and wet all the time. 4. The electric kettle also was leaking, and cannot be used to boil hot water. We need to borrow one from our relative, as there was no stove inside the room. 5. The TV had no signal since the day one, until the day we checked out. 😑 6. The freezer of the refrigerator cannot freeze any water nor food. This is quite disappointing, as we did bring a few frozen food with us but can't keep it with us. Need to give it to our relative, to keep. 7. On the second night, the aircond in the single bedroom blown off while my nephew was inside. Fortunately, nothing serious happened, just the air got burning smell. The maintenance staff told us, it can't be repaired at the time and gave us a stand fan as an exchange.
