The Futton wasn’t comfortable to sit on in the evening. You need to be fit for the stairs 🤣

CHThe flat is nice, comfortable, functional and in a perfect location! Moreover, the price is absolutely honest: all other properties multiply their prices during the Goodwood event weekends, whereas this remained reasonable. This is a highly commendable attitude to business.

Advertised as an apartment but is actually just the upper floor of the owners house, no privacy, no door between to be private or secure. No lock on bathroom. Owners state no parties but decided to come in at 1am and have one themselves, there is no noise insulation so you can hear everything. Very disturbed night. So bad we decided to book elsewhere for the second night at additional cost. Messaged the owner to inform why but they have still not responded. Messaged booking.com customer support twice to resolve and have had no response from them either.
