"My recommendation."

Location is perfect, city center on walking distance, interior design of the apartment, great bathroom and bedroom. A lot of space. Even though it was a non working trip for me, everyone can have his on place/working spot in the flat.

Location was perfect and size of property was good for the family of 4. in center of Bologna , very convenient ,supermarket around ,we made steak & pasta in kitchen , many parking place around , we follow the indication but don't know how to open the door, conmunicate with whatsapp ,remote control door by owner , . Rooms are big, bath and kitchen are clean, good wifi , beautiful & classic apartment ,Highly recommended!

A wonderful apartment, spacious, bright, tastefully decorated & comfortable. Nice kitchen, lovely living room and comfy bedroom. Bus station a few minutes away, walking distance to city centre, clear instructions on how to get keys + free breakfast. Highly recommend!

"Perfecto"

Everything was perfect. The access was easy, the house was really cosy and clean - even better than how it looks in the pictures. You can find tea, coffee and pastries provided by the host. Little bonus: the host left us an olive oil bottle - made by their family- as a welcome gift.

"All was good"

Thanks to Sabrina for a good stay! The guidance how to get to the flat was very detailed. The apartment was clean, we got a bottle of still water in the fridge and a 10cl bottle of the olive oil made on their family farm. Communication is also top. P.s. nearby is a spot with a perfect pizza, highly recommended! ;)

"Upscale place good for a longer stay. Issues with parking and no elevator."

The apartment itself is certainly worth the money we paid (was 50%) so I got to rate it 10. But it's got some problems (parking, no elevator...) making it not good for everyone (see below). The Apartment itself is a very nice, upscale place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has good heating, AC, new kitchen., washer, dryer, perfect bathroom, excellent bed and so on.

Parking - don't see a garage nearby while street parking is not available anywhere near if you needed it late evening Third floor without elevator.
