Neighborhood was great for local shops. Walkable area.

A guest on my floor left a dog that wined from 4pm to some time past 11:30pm. I contacted the front desk via message app, but no response. Eventually, I walked to front desk who attempted to call the room, but no one answered. I was then was given earplugs. The plugs were uncomfortable, so I left around 11:30p to find food. I got back around 1:30a and it was finally quiet enough to sleep. My drive home was difficult due to the lack of sleep.

I can not say anything about the actual hotel because i left after poor customer service at the reception.

I was not told about the additional fees, and also was not issued a receipt for the money charge, also i was charged more than the booking website without clear explanation, which on top of that was given reluctantly after the actual transaction. I believe the reception person was not trained properly.
