I liked the structure of the hotel. I like the front desk staff named Diamond and there was another girl cannot remember her name. The front desk manager Jessica was absolutely rude to us on two different occasions. They actually charged us $55 for an extended check out when we left before 1 o’clock. I was told by the staff the following weekend they’ve never seen her do that to anyone before. I don’t know why she did not like us or why they did not think we deserved simple respect and courtesy but we received none of that from the Jessica and the front desk staff during checkout on our two most recent checkouts under the name, Carlena Santagado I believe they were check-in on Saturday before Christmas and then the Saturday before that checking out on Sunday. Three weeks prior to that they gave us a 2 o’clock check out no problem. Additionally, the front desk staff before Jessica got on the phone, hung up the phone on me with an attitude. I asked to speak to the front desk supervisor which I was told wasn’t there, but I found out later. She was because she’s the only one who was able to charge us a $55. She actually charged it to be two weekends in a row, even though the second weekend I left at noon she’s supposed to put those back on my account, but she never has credit my account because it’s Hilton policy if I’m correct you don’t charge for late checkout before 1 o’clock she agreed and said to take it off but she didn’t and she charged me that day as well when it was 12 o’clock when I was checking out anyway, came back about an hour later my fiancé had lost his wallet in the room. She would not let him go up in the room and look for it because he wasn’t on my reservation even though she knew he was with me. She told us she sent somebody up and they couldn’t find it knowing how nice my fiancé as who came right back out and knowing that we didn’t have the wallet I went back.

"I won’t be going back there anymore"

I was totally disappointed with this facility!! I had front desk change my room out (RM # 610) at 2230 hrs. as I felt bed was vibrating from what felt like machinery operating near by. Front desk was both helpful and attentive to my concerns and immediately came up to room and swapped it out to a new room. Problem solved. At 7 am I was awakened by staff banging on my door shouting that they needed to speak with me. Told them id speak to them as I was going to bathroom. At this point I was up so I decided to shower and leave as they woke me up. I no sooner get out of the shower and the phone is ringing from the front desk telling me that they have no record of my reservation so I told him I just showered. I’ll be right down anyway because I’m leaving. When I arrive downstairs, I was told by staff that my booking wasn’t registered so I proceeded to tell them well how did I get my hotel room keys if they don’t have me in the system, I had no problem the night before and I also mentioned that no one‘s even said they were sorry for waking me up at 7 AM at which point they told me they were sorry and I said look I just want my car keys and I wanna get out of here. At that moment, I decided to leave and I was going to contact the hotel after the weekend to let him know what an unacceptable experience I had.
