The Hotel room was spacious, service was good, Staff was very friendly and polite. The cleanliness was outstanding. Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

Wifi wasn't working on the ground reception and not on other floors where rooms are. When asked the person at the reception said cable is not connected and won't be for a couple of days. Linen had stains and spots which they refused to change. No towel given in bathroom and when i asked I was told next morning after 7am. I had to check out at 630am Few of switch boards were broken. Ac did not cool even after keeping temperature at 20C Last there were roaches in the room!

I had a wonderful stay with my family at. The ambience food and hospitality all was good. The way they treat their customer was mind-blowing and services were excellent.

The flush was not working. And they said it was not repairable and would require using a bucket.

Good housekeeping, proper room service and overall amazing room, loved the place nice ambience, easy for travelling as its on the highway, good place for couples

The only problem is that the quality of the interior and mattress is average and you will not get that experience.
