Central location in heart of city - close to train and bus services and shopping / restaurants. It is a good little unit for two people. However, it is very noisy on weekends being close to hotels and clubs and people walking home late at night. Property manager was responsive with good communication.

The kitchen had very little utensils, pots and pans when we arrived. The toilet and shower both had problems. The owner did come and fix them and bought some cooking (pots /pans, ironing board etc), and promised to come back with more, but never did. Cleaning was intermittent and not inline with the advert. Despite advising that accommodation was for three- we only got sheets for one bed. Lots of minor inconveniences, but when you have travelled from Australia and paid a premium, little things mean a lot.
