"The place was nice and clean, but I had issues."

Clean.

1. The bed was too soft, so caused backaches. 2. The heater was not on. I didn't know where to turn it on. 3. All the pots and pans had the Teflon layers coming off. So I did not manage to cook anything. 4. No soap or shampoo.
