Stunning Apartment in Leeds- Financial District

The flat was really well situated with both the train station and Leeds city centre being within a short walking distance.

The bedroom wasn't separate from the main living area. I was with my adult son so it wasn't ideal. There was no bedding for the sofa bed on our first night, I was able to access this for the second night but the sofa bed was stained and uncomfortable. The shower would not run at a consistent temperature, it was either extremely hot or extremely cold. I highlighted this to the host who said he needed to get someone to look at it. This wasn't done during the duration of our stay so we was unable to shower all weekend. There was no picture on any of the tv channels and there was no internet. Again I highlighted this to the host who informed me it was due to the bad weather. I was really disappointed with the apartment. It wasn't cheap to rent and I feel like I have been ripped off. It was not up to standard at all considering the cost.

De lokatie was geweldig! Lopend veel kunnen doen. Bus Flyer A1 vanaf vliegveld (maar 2,5 pond) stopt aan einde straat. In de straat veel lekkere restaurantjes van ontbijt tot diner. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig in het appartement. Voldoende ruimte om te zitten.

Geen airco, geen luchtverversing (raam kon slechts 10cm open), slechts aan één kant ramen zorgt ook voor geen doorluchting. Geen makkelijk bereikbare stopcontact bij bed en geen bedlampje. Helaas was het internetbereik niet goed/stabiel, werken op laptop was daarom niet optimaal. Ook de tv werkte met horten en stoten. Altijd jammer als er toiletpapier wordt aangekondigd en er slechts 1,5 rol aanwezig is voor 6 dagen. Douchegel was nog een mini beetje aanwezig dus moesten we allemaal zelf gaan kopen. Jammer; voor het betaalde bedrag had dit wel aanwezig mogen zijn. En helaas stonden er een paar vuile borden in de kast; hebben we zelf maar eerst schoongemaakt.

Great location. Easy to get to all the bars and train station. Apartment was clean.

We had to contact staff on arrival as they had not left out bedding and towels for the third guest so had to wait on padlock instructions to get the stuff. Also ran out of toilet roll and no extra supplies anywhere which was annoying. The apartment was clean inside but the communal hallway was very smelly.

The property not being cleaned and bedding towels etc not being changed before my arrival, I had to inform the landlord of this, he got back to me the following day, thankfully the cleaning team came out that evening to clean, I should not have had to do this

The correspondence with the host was excellent prior to the stay and instructions and ease of getting to and into the property was flawless. The location for the city centre of Leeds is ideal..

on reaching the apartment it was apparent it hadn't been cleaned properly and really need a lick of paint and freshening up. if you advertise your property as stunning the bare minimum is clean and up to a reasonable standard.There was also a lot of noise from upstairs on the first night of our stay, loud music, screaming shouting etc until nearly 6am. I realise this isn't the hosts fault but people should be aware.
