Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Townhouse! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Udaipur City Railway Station. The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Highly recommended!

Nothing you can like when you see used condoms in room

Nothing. The hotel was totally garbage. Earlier it used to be Fabhotel Lupin but all the professional staff has left the property and 3 people are managing the whole property i.e. a 40+ guy and 1 kid, 1 boy. The hotel doesn't have any maintenance. We booked 3 rooms and during checkin I found that rooms were not prepared but still were given to us. There were hairs on the bed sheet, pillows and duet covers. Extreme dust on the side table, you couldn't touch it. The toilet seat had urine marks and a recently used condom in the dustbin without a dustbin bag.. The walls had shoe marks and dust all over it. The floor had stains that were sticky. Only the curtains were clean, not sure how. Upon asking for room cleaning, the manager agreed on everything we asked but didn't do anything. The kid and boy had no idea how to mop and clean the room. All they were saying was " sir sahi to h..yahan esa hi rehta h" No kettle, no glasses, no towel, no toiletries except handwash. Even Hot water wasn't working all the time. It was a common heater somewhere on the terrace but no private geyser. Worst property and worst managing staff
