Kasa Collins Park Miami Beach Convention Center

Cozy apartment with attractive design an easy walk to the beach and everything we needed, friendly cleaning staff working in the building, and reasonably priced accommodation without all of the tack on fees you'll see in other hotels. It's very close to the convention center so a great place to stay for Miami Marathon or other events. Would definitely stay again, thank you Kasa!

Stayed 4 nights. My room was great, very clean and comfortable. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. Lincoln rd minutes away. Great place to stay.

The flat is nice and spacious, but the floor was sticky and quite dirty, it felt like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Shame..!

We had a great time with my family, I recommend it for families!

Excellent stay !

Great place to stay while attending an event at the Convention Center, one block away. Parking is very easy at a public secure lot cater-cornered to the apartment building, charging $20 a day. Area feels very safe. CVS and places to eat within a block away. The restaurant at The Plymouth Hotel is wonderful (1 block away) as is The Rum Room (1 block away). Having a Keurig was nice. Gladly would stay again.

The unit size is misleading, it's actually small. The bathroom is too small and doesn't have a separation between bath and toilet area leading to overflows. I wiuld say for a single person or short stays it's good. The accuracy needs to be update with better photographs and description.

I Loved the area of this property.. very close to everything a minutes away from the beach but the property management an overall customer service was very poor. If you own a place like Kasa, You want to accommodate your guests needs to the fullest an if they ask for something, and it’s doable, try your best to accommodate & make your guests feel as comfortable as possible.. If They want clean towels n toilet paper an a clean bathroom and floor, that should already be a given! They promoted the room as a king room n it had a full size cheap bed..we asked for early check in, and because of that the housekeeping staff had attitude and seems like she threw a splash of bleach an just did a quick whipe it smelled like bleach but was still dirty.. mind you we walk in an a huge Water bug Roach is climbing the curtain.. I don’t know how i continued to stay there.. the experience could’ve been so much better if they had put more effort to accommodate us as their guests. So that we would come back or recommend. I Recommend taking your stay somewhere else.

It’s OK. Just bring some earplugs for sleeping as can hear the neighbours in the building next door on their balcony and the air con is noisey. If you plan on cooking you will need dish cloths so you can do the dishes. The rubbish situation was a little out of control. There were a few hiccups but they were very responsive and helpful.
