The room and the area was amazing. Quiet and easy to find parking.

I like that the property is like an apartment so it felt very comfortable.

Customer service was great.

For the price it barely made it, I'm sure it's double during the cool season and spring break, if I would have paid that we would have had a problem. No service of any kind in regard to linen, towels or support. Mechanically it's tired, outlet that doesn't work, funk in the building that we called on they told us to open a window sure it's only 98 degrees Fahrenheit, then said window refuse to close. If you need a place close by things to do, within walking distance of Transportation and has access to a great deal of culture this is for you, if you're looking for some place that has a great deal of interior integrity for rest? Definitely not your place

Close to Collins Ave. Beach close by with chair and umbrella rentals. Easy communication with staff. Publix not a far walk. Will definitely stay again.

I called in advance for information about the noise level at the property as he intentionally chose a location back from the main strip for me to recover from surgery. I was told the location was calm and quiet. While this was true for OUTSIDE the property, the rooms are in fact super noisy with paper-thin walls. I heard every single step in rooms both above us and around us. On the ground floor there's two walkways directly pitside your bedroom and living room. Halfway through our trip we woke up around 5am to a woman pounding on both of those windows as well as the windows adjacent. This made the room feel rather unsafe for the remainder of the trip given how easy access the windows are to strangers. The room itself was cramped with a work in progress feel to it. The sleeper sofa on the living area needs desperately to be replaced as the springs are shot. This made the TV/lounge space entirely unusable as there was one seating option remaining of a rather hard chair.There is a large light fixture in the room that wasn't an issue for my height of 5ft it posed a constant hazard for my tall partner. Visible stains on the furniture and walls added to the feeling of neglect and an unfinished project. The bathroom is in the middle of the unit/room so no matter where you are in the room you can hear when someone is using the facilities. This was the most updated portion of the room but I suspect that has something to do with the visible signs of water damage on the ceiling.

We got locked out so many times throughout the night it was ridiculous then no free parking just wouldn’t do it again

Very noise, visible from outside , didn’t feel safe and comfortable to stay. Walking distance to convention center.
