"Great unit and great location!"

Location was perfect for everything we planned to do. Hosts provided excellent directions right to the door. Loved using the door code.

My spouse and I followed the quiet hours however the unit above ours was being renovated and quiet hours were not followed. We let it go the first few nights as the work always stopped between 10-11pm. We were woken up after midnight on our last night with banging/hammering. Before booking- make sure the work on the other unit is completed.

very nice one bedroom condo in Steamboat. Clean and well equipped kitchen.

the noisy upstairs neighbor that also seems to be a hoarder, affecting the balcony view from outside. If I were the owner, I would also move the check out time to 11 AM ( currently at 10 AM)

Nice location being on the mountain away from town. Very clean and nicely furnished condo. Relatively quiet condo complex. Balcony was a bonus.

Slow notification of door code. Very early check out. No ceiling fans. New bed pillows needed.

"Great place in the mountains!"

Place was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we would want plus some! Great hot water and water pressure. Hot tub was very close by. Hosts were courteous.

Too many emails prior to arrival asking for and giving the same information. TV automatically shut off every hour.
