Warning!! The owner of the property is scammer. Beware of this property. The owner didnt show off and not answering my calls,, i booked dec 24-26 and paid 18k pesos but no show of.. very bad. Im so disappointed with the booking.com why they allow this kind of people to transact with the clients. And im asking for refund from booking.com but they are ignoring me.. Lesson learned: you can not trust booking.com anymore.. i was really disappointed. They ruined our holiday. We ended up to book another property again because we dont have shelter. We were tired and we came from north. Very bad experience from booking.com.. i dont trust them anymore.. i hope they will our refund
