Boutique family apartment in celebrity village.

Location was excellent -easy walking distance to shops and good off street car parking. Simon was very helpful gas heating was excellent when fine tuned

Garden area and fencing in a real state of mind disrepair. no blinds on window in bathroom and overlooked by a neighbors side window not enough sheets or towels coffee pod machines not working

Everything was good until

Randomly had door nearly kicked in by the police we did not know this is going to happen my partner was very unwell and just came out of hospital and was resting the owner let himself in and saying the police as my partner was asleep and because it was a tin of Gaston refill lighters he said that there was drunk everywhere when I asked what drugs he said butane log he said there was 30 canisters of butane gas when it was only two and one of those has found in the kitchen underneath the sink alongside other materials which I suspect I used for drugs he also seems to have quite a lot of knowledge about drugs like it had been given on in his premises karma this was something I was actually quite shocked by and a little bit confused as I don't have any knowledge on myself and can be quite naive in that case

Property was stylish and beautiful, both bed and sofa beds were comfy. plenty of utensils and things to use so it feels like you’re just at home. Would definitely recommend for short to medium term stays

wifi didn’t work

The Apartment was exceptional it was just the perfect setting for a family, or a couple or a group of friends We had lots of fun.

Without any warning the door was banged down and somebody tried to force their way in without knocking and saying who it was. Then the police arrived saying they were doing a safe and welfare check and made accusations which had no truth in whatsoever. We would then by the police with Simon the owner sat outside in his car. Annoying annoyingly he had agreed that we could have another 4 days but when try to book those 4 days on booking.com I was only able to book another night and then NH without any warning made by the police. Simon did not try to text neither call and was very rude and did not make as much as a single word was a police was there are. He has already rebooked the apartment and we had to leave straight away. Before I stay we have tried to book a couple of days prior to actually being able to book and stay, diamond phone to say that he had triple booked and had to cancel our sky but did not offer us that they give us any alternative. My partner is really poorly with cancer and it's been in and out of hospital last few months, things have been extremely hard and he needed to rest and was unable to do this he is now really poorly in bed. I do not appreciate being lied to no they're being treated disrespectfully with no communication whatsoever and the fact that my partner is now in bed poorly has made me very sad and upset but also so irritated

The close proximity to the train station and shops were great. The attention to detail in the apartment with everything you need for comfort and use.
