Die Türen haben gequetscht, das war nachts etwas nervig und die Treppe von der Dachterasse muss sehr vorsichtig begangen werden, da es sehr rutschig werden kann und es keinen Handlauf gibt.

Such a beautiful penthouse and location. Very close to restaurants, bars and the bay for boat trips which we took full advantage of! We even managed to purchase some food and drinks from the local Spar, located at the top of the road. Beds were comfy and the sofa was delightful, great sized dining room table and chairs, good size rooms and TV was great. Plenty of space to relax in an evening! Great outdoor space, the terrace was fabulous and we had the extra bonus of a third outdoor space that was never advertised which was shared by both bedrooms. We used this space to dry our towels on the airer each evening. Kitchen facilities were good, we made use of the oven every day. Fridge and Freezer were great which we also made use of! The management team were fabulous at responding to our requests when we needed assistance with sorting a lock issue on the door, extra coffee pods (that we could have purchased ourselves) and fresh towels. Brilliant service that made us feel well looked after!

Floor was a bit dusty and a little dirty as the soles of our feet were black walking barefoot around the penthouse, but we tried to keep on top of this ourselves. The hot tub was a great touch, but again, was covered in some form of scum when we first used it, we tried to keep it clean and wipe it down after we used it, but it just got worse, the filter in the corner of the tub wasn't doing much. Didn't stop us from enjoying it though. Helped us to cool down in the sun! The coffee machine was a little difficult to use, took ages to warm up and turn on, which made it look faulty at once point. Only a little bit of coffee came out from using the pods, so we had to keep boiling water in the kettle to top up. Would have been nice to have an extra sun lounger on the terrace as there were 3 of us and the apartments had a sofa bed, so could accommodate extra people. A weighted parasol/umbrella would have been great on the terrace too for some shade as it did get really hot throughout the day. Other than that. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend!! Thank you for your hospitality!!

Very disappointing and unacceptable stay. We booked this apartment as a local family staycation in Malta, mainly because of the advertised jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disaster. Check-in was only allowed very late, around 17:00, which already reduced the usable time of the stay, with no compensation offered. When we arrived, the jacuzzi — the main reason we booked — was not ready, not filled, dirty, and disgusting. It clearly had not been properly prepared for guests. We then had to spend hours filling and heating it ourselves. After only a short period of normal use, the electricity cut completely while our children were showering at night. My daughter was terrified in the dark. This was not a simple switch issue, and the apartment did not appear able to support normal use of the facilities it advertises. There were no emergency lights, candles, or proper backup measures. We could not shower properly, I could not work, and we ended up using phone lights in a completely unacceptable situation. For around €300, especially outside peak tourist season, this was shocking. The apartment was not ready, the jacuzzi was unusable on arrival, and the power failure made the stay unsafe and extremely stressful. Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the money.

Highlights sind der Jacuzzi auf der Dachterrasse und der Aufzug, der per Schlüssel direkt in die eigene Wohnung fährt. Viele gute Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.

Sehr gute Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen und nach Valetta. Buse, Geschäfte, Minimärkte und Restaurants direkt vor der Türe bzw. innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Ferry Station 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Küchenausstattung war in Ordnung. Kapselmaschine inkl. Zucker und ein paar Kapseln. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Mehrere Terrassen. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es einen privaten Jacuzzi. Kleiner Smart TV. Bequeme Couch und Betten. Die Vermieterin antwortet prompt im Chat.

Das ganze Appartement war sehr feucht und es roch nach Schimmel. Die Farbe blättert teilweise aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit ab und es gab schimmelige Stellen. Das Raumklima war dementsprechend sehr schwierig. Obwohl das Appartement grundsätzlich schön war, fehlte es an Gemütlichkeit. Es war einfach nicht wohnlich. Es gab nur einen Set an Handtüchern pro Person für eine Woche. Man konnte die Handtücher waschen, aber es wäre gut, wenn es dann Waschmittel gebe. Es gab auch kein Shampoo oder Duschgel. Das sollte eigentlich Standard sein. Hier wird unnötig gespart. Der Jacuzzi war OK aber sehr schmutzig. Es gab auch keine Anleitung. Schön wäre gewesen Badetücher, Bademantel und Schlapfen zu haben um den Jacuzzi nutzen zu können. Ein paar Lichter waren defekt und haben Stromausfälle verursacht. Mit ein wenig mehr Engagement und Liebe könnte es ein fantastisches Appartement sein...so gibt's leider ein paar Probleme.

Location was great - close to restaurants and transport

Unfortunately the managing agents could not supply a key for the lift and direct access to the apartment. For 8 days we had to exit the lift on the floor below and climb a steep, winding staircase to the apartment, To open the door we had to reach up to the lock then step backwards and downwards to open the door. Not ideal when carrying bags or groceries. The steps would never pass Australian OH&S regulations! The floors needed a good mopping and we found a small blood stain on sheets in the main bedroom. Agents answer was that the stain didn't come out in the wash - our response - throw the sheet out!!
