Smugglers View Stunning harbour and coast views

The house is lovely. The location is superb, and the parking space is really useful - don't book in Mevagissey without one if you have a car. We had an amazing stay, were really happy with the communication and the house, which is very very well equipped. We wanted for nothing and were extremely comfortable.

My only niggle was that I didn't realise the top rooms are actually a loft twin room with a twin room that feeds off this area so for our purposes, not great for adults, better for kids. That worked out well enough for us, but if you are 4 couples for example, the two doubles are large and lovely but the loft is not ideal for two couples.

This was not Bed & Breakfast so cannot comment on food.

As soon as we entered there was a real bad musty smell On looking through the property we saw damp in all bedrooms , stains on carpets, curtains hanging off , rust on fridge etc We paid our money and then got an email saying there was a little bit damp in one of the bedrooms which we found out to be in more rooms . After contacting the owner with our concerns she accused us of pulling of the curtains ourselves and looking for a free holiday and very rude saying just enjoy the view , we couldn’t even spend time in the property

Fantastic property, well stocked with everything you would need for a holiday. Would love to stay with friends in summer.

Was a little musty when we first arrived as it must have been left empty, but soon cleared when the heating was on.

Lack of parking spaces for the house parking is a little bit of a walk up the hill not really that bad but has I had disabled kids it was a little bit of a pain
