Becca’s Downtown Apartment with private parking

Beautiful view, big and comfortable bad, and big apartment ☺️

The shower drain was clogged, there was a lot of water leaking out of the shower ; No kettle ; The chairs in the dining area are a bit uncomfortable, their legs are not level, I almost fell over

A well-furnished apartment in a brand new building with its own underground parking, very close to the city center.

There is no air conditioning in the apartment and it was very hot when we checked in.

An option very hard to beat: 5 minutes walking from the city center, modern and very comfortable, spotless clean and a remarkable host!

The property is brand new and very well located. The owners were responsive and welcoming. Oradea is a great city as a whole, worth visiting.

There are many positive points, but also some negative. The location is good, near the center in a brand new apartment building with all modern facilities such as elevator and underground parking. The rooms are big, the living room spacious, bathroom is also nice. Beds were also good, floor heating is always nice, especially when traveling with children. However there are also some points to improve. Upon arrival some things like toilet paper and toiletries were missing, one bedroom closed etc. It was not a problem for us, but if guests arrive at night, it would be difficult to procure some stuff. Travelling with small children we noticed that almost all pieces of furniture were not secured meaning there is a risk. The chairs in the living room are also not stable, they need some adjustment. All in all, the value for the money is good, no question, but with minor improvements or attention it could be even better.

The appartment is situated in a recently finished residential building, everything is brand new and stylish. Felt very cosy. Being at a walking distance from the city center and the nice restaurants around, plus the private underground parking, made is very convenient for our stay.

Very clean, near downtown. Very comunicative host.
