Sehr schöne, grosse Wohnung ausgerüstet mit allem, was man braucht. Das Haus, mit gedeckter Terrasse mit Sofas und Esstisch, einem kleinen Garten mit Liegestühlen, liegt direkt am Strand. Ein abschliessbares Tor öffnen - und schon steht man im Sand. Mit unserem Hund liefen wir lange Spaziergänge an diesem wunderbaren Strand.

A unique experience in Pietragrande! This villa is a true jewel on the Calabrian coast. The house is an elegant fusion of comfort and design, with impeccable finishes that catch the eye. The house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, most of which are en-suite. The location is unrivalled, with direct access from the garden to the beach.
