Sunvida Tower Condominium fronting SM City Cebu

Though we never got the chance to see the owner, she was really accommodating. She responded well on all our needs. The place is just across one of the famous malls and I really like the fact that there's a laundromat just outside. I recommend this place.

Water tends to overflow in the shower and gets the bathroom floor all wet. There's no place to hang wet undergarments. the windows ain't soundproof so it's quite noisy in the morning. The morning lights coming from outside might be disturbing if you like staying in bed late.

I love how the place is sparkly clean and smelling fresh. Basic kitchen utensils, condiements and toiletries are provided. With hot and cold shower. Bidet is a plus. Most of all, hands down to the host. She catered our every needs as much as she can and quite responsive even late at night. The best host indeed! Definitely a rare find. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
