La buena situación

Pues no me gustó la forma de trato de los dueños, no ayudaron mucho, tampoco me gustó que no habían limpiado muy bien, una de las camas que utilizamos tenía muchísimo polvo. Vamos que no prepararon correctamente el piso.

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Huge spacious apartment. Was great for our family.

The rooftop pool is small and crowded.

The power of the shower in the bathroom with a bath wasn't very good, but the shower in the main bathroom was excellent. Towels for use at the swimming pool would have been useful as would the availability of a parasol. The excellent balcony that had shade most of the day would be even better if there was a better view.

This was a great spacious and clean property. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and appliances you need, we made breakfast everyday. The living room is a really good size for family, had some issues with the tv but that was very quickly fixed. The master bedroom had an en suite, the twin room was a good size however we could not use the sofa bed as it was not suitable. The bunk bed room was small but enough room for kids. Swimming pool is great, clean and good size for kids. Great location next to the marina, some restaurants and shops near by. Lidl was just 10 minute walk away. Hosts were very attentive and friendly.

The pillows are too small and high, we’re not comfortable. The duvets could be better. Second bathroom lock did not work. Pool I would say is only suitable for kids, or to have a quick dip. Not deep enough for adults to swim, but nice place too cool down.

A representative of the host, Ana, met us outside the apartment, and kindly led us up to the apartment. She was very kind and generous with her time. It was quite late in the afternoon - we did not speak any Portuguese but keen to order some food; she recommended a pizza place and made our order over the phone, which was very helpful (we drove and picked up since no delivery). She showed us the apartment and collected the deposit. There is a nice swimming pool (shower too) on the top floor; medium size but perfect for a family. It was very easy to communicate with the host via whatsapp. There are several places to eat within walking distance and there is also a supermarket. Parking is free and available near the apartment. Fully fitted kitchen with all necessary equipment.

Everything was great, so nothing not to like! All the places to visit were approx 20-30min drive. As we explored the rest of Faro district, there was more driving but it was a very good location and did not have many tourists so quite relaxing.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and in a great location! Very easy to get around the town.
