"Passable"

Not recommended. Guards or admin policy will kill the business. I am paid and registered but not allowing me I wasn't meet in the lobby waited for an hour with aloof security guard My friend that is staying with me suffered same. Not really good experience.

Property security guards are dominant than the owner who spend millions to make some money than the admins Yes policy must be implemented But their laziness to check email for my registration and the waiting time is unacceptable. No visitors allowed even a family member for an hour or a glimpse on the property.

The location is good but parking is too expensive my first night i didn't sleep because neighbour room was shouting and screaming for how many hours

Room is very small not enough space for the kitchen toilet drainage have very bad smells

The studio apartment was compact, clean and well provisioned. Clean and comfortable bed AC practical but sufficient for the space. Minimart, Bank & Suchi /Japanese reasturant on site. Property met our expectations

The development offers no facilities without additional payment, 300php per person per day to swim, no food, drink or snacks near the pool area and this is the only outside area for sitting. Hence you are required to make additional arrangement. Development did not meet our expectations

The room and facilities are very clean

It says on the booking information that the pool is open and available for the duration of the stay. This was not the case! The pool is not available to guests if there is a Philippines holiday (????)so it was Thursday before we were allowed to use it. Honestly I don't know why they bother having it at all as I never saw more than 2 People using it at one time.
