We have experienced different stays in Trieste over the last years, but here we were more than welcomed , we were all treated - including our dog - with such much care & attention to the detail that you may be find only to the luxury hotels. We are traveling allover and we are ourselves ( me & my husband) from hospitality field… and we can say…It’s not always only the facilities that makes first great Impression, but the host which welcomes counts so much! Super Lage in der Fußgängerzone, jedoch nicht laut. Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Vom Bahnhof zu Fuß 15 Minuten, zur Piazza Unita 5 Minuten. Geschmackvolle, liebevolle, besondere Einrichtung, die Küche gut ausgestattet, großer Kleiderschrank, bequemes Bett. Sehr engagierter und sympathischer Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit vielen Tipps und besonderen Informationen versorgt. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert über WhatsApp und persönlich in Englisch. Bei Ankunft wurden wir persönlich empfangen. Wir würden definitiv hier wieder übernachten. Mille Grazie Davide!

Comfortable, quiet and EVERY attention to detail. Beautifully furnished with taste and a tribute to poet and novelist Umberto Saba. Host, Davide, takes pride in his property for good reason. Couldn’t fault it!

A lehető legjobb helyen van, a belváros kellős közepén. Tiszta, mindennel felszerelt. A terasz is csodás volt! Kaptunk üdvözlő és búcsúajándékot is a házigazdától, ez nagyon kedves gesztus volt, köszönjük szépen!

If in Trieste, do yourself a favor and book this place! It's conveniently located, right in the historical center, yet it's very quiet. A lot of thought went into decorating and making sure that the guest is comfortable in every possible way. The owner is responding promptly and is very informative - he loves his city and is happy to provide an itinerary and recommendations based on your interests. Can't ask for more :)

This flat is a dedication to the poet and writer Umberto Saba (1883-1957), whose statue can be found a few steps away from the apartment block (Trieste pays admirable attention to its authors and the accommodation is a case in point). The flat has been lovingly restored, with impressive attention to detail and, what is more, ambience. It is very comfortable, contains everything one might need (including a washing machine, which is such a boon), it is perfectly located between the station and the old town, close to supermarkets, banks, restaurants, cafes etc., has a nice terrace, and it feels very safe. Davide, the host, was always on hand for any questions and had plenty of good suggestions too. An amazing place, highly recommended.
