Location is pretty good with an easy access to the supermarket and to the building itself (by the entrance door code).

How to describe and with what to start))) 1. No room lights. Consider it if you need to wake up with some sun or just to arrange your bag at night. You’ll need to use your bed light. And if you loose smth, that’s it, not enough light to find out. 2. Bathroom downstairs. You’ll need to go down if you need a toilet or to take shower. Shower doesn’t have soap or full cabin door (either 0 privacy or take a swimsuit with you). 3. Administrator is there only for 5hours. If you have questions, wait. I didn’t get a response on a situation with a man who supposed to stay at the same bed number as me. I came and saw the bed with a light and opened curtain 😅😆 he didn’t wanna bother me and moved to another free bed. It says it has stickers and things to sign your food but no. 4. It seems like cleaning stuff took a towel hostel gave. I didn’t use it when I checked in and put near my bathroom things. Came from the city and no towel 😆😆😆. First time for all 10+ years travelling. 5. Kitchen. No idea what happened but somebody stole my food 😆😆 supposed to be some drunk guy, cause taking open tortellini under the plate which is not yours, is a masterpiece.

It is very near to the train station like 3-5 minutes walk.

When I arrived around 22h, I discovered that someone else had taken my assigned bed. We called the reception number for assistance, and the person who answered, Maria Theresa, was extremely rude. She informed us that the hostel was overbooked and said it was our responsibility to sort out the situation because other guests had taken beds that did not belong to them. She then hung up on us while we were still trying to explain the issue. Finally I got my bed, and another girl also had her bed taken. Staff were unable to locate the person occupying her bed, so I am not sure where she ended up sleeping, possibly on a couch. One of the biggest problems is that there is no receptionist on-site. Communication through WhatsApp is very slow, and if you arrive late in the evening and encounter an issue, there is effectively nobody available to help. In our case, after several attempts, someone finally answered the phone only to be unhelpful and hang up on us. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Besides the poor customer service and lack of support, the beds were not very comfortable either. The place if not safe as anyone can enter in the hostel, nobody controls that.

The location is perfect, just 2 minutes from the central station and 20 minutes walking from the Old town The communication with the support is fast and easy The hostel is clean and the facilities are in a good condition

I'm sorry, but I found it difficult to choose and find the bed I was looking for, in four 6 nights I went to bed twice after I found it busy... Today, when I have to leave the Hostel, I paid to keep my luggage in storage while I left in the afternoon.... I'm sorry if it hasn't happened to me in the past 3 years that I've been attending Hostels in Europe.

It was clean.

I think the security was questionable especially as it was very close to train station and the area was a but dodgy. Far from the old city of Bari. Also, the room was claustophobic. And the showers didn’t have doors and not even shelves to out your stuff.

You should have added that wooden doors to the showers. It is better without. And you should have a place to change outside the showers
