"Overall worth for money and we had a pleasant stay."

Very spacious and comfortable for a big family to stay peacefully. Near to first world hotel. The check in process is very simple and staff are so helpful.

We had a bit issue with the water heater where they using boiler system and the water was not hot enough for a big group of people to take shower continuously.

Staff rude and hard to locate. Early check in additional 100rm charges despite advertising as free. Dirty toilet. Bad ventilation. Facilities are so far away.

"It's quiet with good scenery, away from the usual casino crowd."

It has beautiful views. Value for money.

It's too far away from the places of interest. Although they do provide shuttle bus services, they charge guests for the service, which is ridiculous for a hotel.
