The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were very accommodating and helpful at all times, from the cleaning staff to reception to the bar and everything else. The hotel layout and facilities were also great.

I didn't like the A La Cart restaurants - I thought the buffet food was far better which was a little disappointing. I also thought the drinks could have been slightly better in terms of presentation and the cocktails weren't great.

The staff , the dedication to cleanliness, housekeeping , restaurant and front of house staff all brilliant. Shop keeper in hotel excellent. Branded spirits, breakfast lunch and dinner very good. Sea view room well worth the upgrade.

Прекрасное расположение, чистый пляж при отеле, вкусное и достаточно разнообразное питание (разные виды мяса, рыбы, много фруктов и вкусной выпечки), есть маленький спортзал Персонал в основном дружелюбный (отдельное спасибо Cetin за его заинтересованность и добродушие) и ненавязчивый (иногда слишком) Тихо, очень размеренный темп, формат спокойного отдыха у моря без тусовочных активностей - отдыхают в основном пары 60+

Завтраки однообразные, ракетки для настольного тенниса ужасные - невозможно играть, нет приотельной территории. Жене не хватило активностей, темп отель располагает к лежачему отдыху

Staff were always happy , great customer service from all in all roles and locations without exception , a very special thank you to Umit the Night Manager Plenty of food choices and always had a good meal , the Italian Restaurant was exceptional , branded spirits are used for the cocktails . If we hadn’t the accessibility issues it would be 10/10

The 3 accessible stair lifts were not working throughout our stay , (there were engineers seen a number of times) , this meant collapsing my husbands mobility scooter every time to access the pool bar and the promenade and carrying it up and down the stairs, luckily my husband can walk a short distance and up and down the stairs was manageable , it wasn’t for some guests though . Staff were always on hand to help. The steps into the pool are very difficult for people with mobility issues or upper arm strength issues , given a majority guests being pension age and above this is an issue that could be easily rectified with angled steps . The gym could do with another bench or two , there is room for this . There were times the disabled toilet was not accessible due to members of staff using it ( 3 occasions we noted) and some guests using it that did not appear to have disability issues . A large sign in the door may help prevent this alongside staff training .
