"L’appartamento con la dovuta manutenzione sarebbe perfetto"

La vista che si gode dal terrazzo di casa è stupenda; il villino è grazioso , il prato è ben tenuto, la posizione è ottima, molto tranquilla e silenziosa. E’ vicino alle più belle spiagge, ma è necessario avere un mezzo di trasporto

L’interno della casa richiederebbe una manutenzione più accurata ad es. La porta finestra della camera da letto non si chiude , e lo scuro non si blocca , il box doccia è arrugginito e le porte non si chiudono, l’illuminazione è scarsa

"Agréables vacances en famille"

La vue, la climatisation, la proximité des belles plages (mais il faut avoir une voiture), tout le nécessaire pour faire à manger, laver/repasser le linge, les parasols, la place de parking juste devant, le jardin bien entretenu,, la proximité des commerces, la réactivité de Nicolo..

Les équipements un peu vieillissants.

"Great and quiet location, great view but apt is little bit outdated"

The view is fantastic. Also location, very clean and nice street, quiet area. Aircondition is in every room in apt, kitchen is well equipped.

The apartment would need renovation. For example shower is old, toliet bowl was broken and dishwasher was also old and noisy
