I never actually stayed at the property. I couldn’t get in the place when I arrived. And I called the host multiple times to address the issue, they never respond or return the call. Even Booking has had difficulty reaching them. I requested a refund, but that has not been honored. It was a horrible experience for me, unfortunately.

No heating in the building and only a sheet and one blanket on the bed in a New York Winter?? Thankfully there some empty rooms and I was able to take the blankets off those beds for a comfortable night.

Lovely room in a great location close to subway which makes it easy to get into manhattan. Host was great and very accommodating and offered to help us with anything we needed. Would definitely stay again if back in New York.

Very comfortable and cozy, felt like a miniature apartment within a room. Nice access to the backyard, you can listen to the rain at night while you're asleep.

Everything was perfect.
