Exquisite and Homely Apartment, Private Balcony

The property was very clean .

Loved the style, location and balcony.

Nothing. Was all good.

Clean well, maintained and good location, however the service it terrible (they give you a contact number to call if you need to get hold of them but they never answered as well as not replying messages).

I slept on someone elses blood and the hotel manager did not care; promised to compensate but did not, see attached communication.

Blood stains, hotel manager is not nearby and never came over.

I slept on bloodstained beds (someones elses blood) and the hotel manager (who has never been in the hotel), acknowledged the problem, promised a refund but in the end did not do so.

That I slept on someone elses blood.

The apartment is too old with it situated in a busy street with lots of noise for most of the night, ending in the early hours, which makes sleeping impossible. The moment you catch sleep, the restaurant staff below start preparing to open, then make noise again.
