The location was close to many entertainment areas

I paid for the cleaning service but the service was not rendered, they told me that the cleaning is only done for long stays.

I like the location

The host took so long with the check in instructions, check in is at 3 and I had to kind of scramble around call multiple people before getting it a few hours later.

Well located, great view from the balcony, safe building (security at the entrance 24/7), nice garden area. Kitchen had all the appliances to be able to cook during our stay. The wifi was stable. And there were washing and dryer machines available in the building.

The bathroom floor gets flooded after every shower because the glass door doesn't stop the water from coming out. I asked for extra floor towels and the host confirmed that someone would deliver them. We waited 2 days and received nothing even though after following up with rhe host. This is a "self catered" place, so if you run out of anything like toilet paper it's at your own expense. The city was very cold during our stay, luckily a small heater was available, which helped a bit, but as the apartment is not well isolated we were cold the whole time. Make sure to bring extra layers with you during the colder season..

Loved everything about the apartment

Location is Great, close to everything we needed and also felt very safe. The apartment had everything we needed.

Bathroom shower kept messing the floors in the bathroom. TV could be upgraded to make using it seemless.

Noise from construction

We had problems with the check-in process. We couldn't get ahold of the contact until we received another phone number from the building manager. Only then were we able to get help after calling a few times.
