Spacious, central and newly decorated apartment

Great location near to the tram. Only 4 stops into Edinburgh. The flat was a good size with 2 double bedrooms.

We had no hot water and the TV didn’t work. We contacted the host who asked us to try several things in an attempt to get the water working. None of the suggestions worked. Luckily there was an electric shower. The TV had a lead to the aerial socket but it was broken. Couldn’t watch the FA Cup final or Eurovision 😢 The host offered to make a reimbursement arrangement through Booking, but we have been home for over a week now with no contact from host, despite sending him 2 messages. Very disappointed as it was over £700 for the 3 nights.

Lovely comfortable spacious apartment in a good location. Just a 5 minute walk to busses or trams to get to local attractions. Great to have parking right outside.

In one of the bedroom cupboards there is a hole in the ceiling that occasionally leaked. It had a bucket underneath it, and black mould around it. Also a lot of the cutlery was not very clean.

Convenient, sufficient space, WiFi worked. Bedding and towels were good

Bath base was very slippy when having a shower. Shower drained very very slowly. Radiators were dirty. A couple of broken fittings(bath tap and ceiling light)

Great location in quiet neighborhood. Walkable to Edinburgh center or Leith. Comfortable big beds. Kitchen has everything including washer/dryer for laundry.
