Central apartment with balcony near castle hill

No breakfast. Location OK.

No real help from the host. Most significantly, I was unable to access TV stations on the TV. Instead of coming over to rectify the issue or sending some technician over she sent me inapplicable texts. The absence of TV stations was a significant lack and disappointment.

The apartment lacks many ordinary things. The owner kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and allowed us to check out at 12:00. But the apartment had many problems, such as door lock, missing accessories, etc. The owner did not react on our messages.

Facilities, noice, owner.

We almost didn't get into the apartment because they gave us wrong code for the electronic lock. It was very disappointing and almost ruined all our weekend plans. There was no one to call or help. We got inside after one hour of waiting.

The location is good. The apartment is comfortable and clean. All praises.

Other than the location, nothing

- we had to prepay 100% in advance and the hostess refused to cancel - the apartment is extremely noisy - a church bell is ringing every morning at 7AM and some truck just below the apartment raises hell all morning!! - the code for the keys was wrong, so we had to ask our hostess again for the code - checkin time is too late (4PM), checkout time is too early (10AM) - we asked to checkout only 1 hr later, but the hostess never responded, so we had to bring heavy luggage inside the Parliament - there are only 4 chairs, and there were 5 of us - the bedrooms are too small and no place to leave even your clothes - the apratment misses a lot of furniture and facilities - it's hard to adjust the shower temeprature - the toiled sitting pad is broken
