Amazing Ocean View-Newly Renovated Modern Oasis

It is a very spacious house that has been recently remodeled. From the kitchen to bathrooms and bedrooms, it is very well furnished. The Wi-Fi works well and everything was in working order.

No complaints. The walk to the beach is a little cumbersome, because of climbing up the stairs and back down to get over the dunes. But that is to be expected at the Outer Banks.

Close to the beach. A near Perfect view of the ocean from upper deck. A huge plus was it is Pet friendly. Beautiful updated kitchen. In the middle of Avon, close to food lion and shops.

Master bathroom door was ridiculous. They attempted to put a sliding barn door on and it doesn’t stay closed. The upstairs bathroom was not updated & needed work, as the bathroom fan was very dirty & contained mold. The gaming room was supposed to have working AC and it wasn’t turning on, so we couldn’t use the room, it was too hot. No elevator. It was not the cleanest as there were pretty big spiders living under one of the bunk beds, that freaked my kids out. We noticed ants crawling everywhere, mostly in the master bedroom & bathroom. When booking it said private pool, we later found out it was a community pool and not even close to the property. We have a daughter with a disability and expected the pool at the house or within walking distance and that was not the case. So we didn’t use the community pool and only stepped foot on the beach twice, because of her prosthetic foot.
