JPEverything was perfect. Very clean, wonderful ONSEN, excellent location and the very friendly staff! Especially, the lady sitting at the reception was very kind. After we checked out, we needed to make a hotel reservation for that evening in the next city we’re aheading to, we were struggling very badly, not being able to find one. The lady helped us with an extension code for the phone charger, contacting the parking place personeel that we needed more time, and even found a hotel room for us through her own computer! We were very touched!!!
