朝起きると、窓の外には福山駅に停車する新幹線と、聳え立つ福山城の姿が。建物の構造からしておそらく単身者が福山城側の北向きの部屋に通されるものだと思われるが、幸運にも10階と朝日が照らす福山城を見晴らす部屋に宿泊できました。

高層ホテルで、しかも宿泊客も多く賑わう中、エレベータが１つしかなく、特に朝の時間は非常に混み合いました。

喫煙室しか取れなかったけど、ニオイも気にならずとてもきれいでした。

部屋に浴衣が無くて、かなりあせりました。寝巻買いに出るとこで玄関前で見つけました。ひと言案内があるとよかったです。
