"They cancelled our stay after we check in time"

The host has canceled our stay 2 hours after the time we should have done the check in. Was late at night and the lady didn't find us an alternative place to stay in Oldbury (B69). She said she had another place on the same road, but that was not true, the new room was in a pub in Smethwick (B66). We didn't have a car so the new location wouldn't be great. We contacted booking and they didn't do anything after promising to find a place (around 10pm), and it was 4 am and they haven't found a place for us to stay and they didn't want to pay us a new place in replacement. Shameless, we had a refund but no place to stay at night.The lady was not polite at all

Overall the accommodation was good for the price.

No toilet paper and very cheap ttoilet seat which kept moving and shower taps very hard to adjust.

This is fake side be carefull everyone.bcz this hotel is not available on this location me and my partner did visit there that hotel was not there at there same location we did book online. Our money lose if possible please refund our money back.Thankyou everyone please aware from this side 🙏

It was nice and quiet, but I couldn't watch t.v. because it was through apps like u tube and Netflix but I couldn't get onto it. I would stay there again.

No lighting in the kitchen, and no access to the t.v.
