Location and price were ok

Ordered food at7pm and got at 8.30pm that too was not warm even. Bread toasts in the morning were hard brick and room key was nit able to lock the door, only there person can lock the door with great efforts and time putting into it. Body wash bottle was empty and remained empty after telling them. Towels were not clean.
