good location, its easy to find local food around thehotel, you just walk to reach simpang lima. and you can enjoy the gym, the rooftop, with simpang lima view from the infinity pool. !!

The location is super strategic, just walking distance to simpang lima. The host is really helpful and always responding to my inquiries ASAP, even through the booking.com message service. Once I accidentally left the access key in the unit, and immediately text the host, then I got prompt response to the solution. Check in process was easy. I arrived at 2.45 pm and I can checked in already even though in the previous conversation with the host I cannot check in early as there was another guest before me. Apparently the cleaning was done faster than the plan yet it's super clean. The kitchen and dining utensils are beyond my expectations because they were not seen on the photos but they are actually stored in the cabinet and really complete for our stay.

The only downside is that there is no curtain in the shower, so the bathroom entry area is always wet (also the mat) whenever we took a shower.

Near central location. Nearby practically everywhere in central Semarang with value of money and pretty clean space like home design (not quite hotel design). The owner has WIFI router in the room so you dont have to connect to WR residence WIFI.

The parking lot corners to make a turn are super tiny and difficult especially in some floors. Parking space is very small. And not all parking floors have elevators hence need to lift luggages to 1 level up or down. No free parking for apartment guests like the hotel, need to pay 24 hours parking. The water heater switch needs to be turned on manually if you want heated water. I didnt know beforehand hence bathed with cold water. Hopefully the owner will inform in the property’s description for our awareness. But overall it’s a nice experience and recommended !

I really love the room. It clean and comfort. The facilities are complete. We can cook a simple meal and the room also has a balcony for drying clothes.

Some of the comments said about the problem of arrival, but I have no problem. Maybe I can suggest you to call the owner before your arrival to know the number of the room. Even though they are overseas, but they can be reached via text and they are so friendly and fast response.

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! The location was not only convenient but added a delightful touch to my experience.
