Clean and Quiet: The unit is located on the 22nd floor, eliminating issues with flies, mosquitoes, and street noise (except for occasional noise from children in neighboring units). Spacious and Well-Equipped: The unit is larger than expected, with a comfortable bedroom, clean bathroom with good water pressure, and a basic kitchen stocked with essential supplies (water dispenser, kettle, cutlery, plates, hotplate, and fridge). It matches the pictures on the website accurately. Great Pool Facilities: The condo offers a large pool with a designated children's section. The adult pool is spacious enough for laps, and access is relatively relaxed (although you need your access card and may encounter occasional queues). Ample Parking: Parking is convenient with plenty of spaces available on levels 4-6. Comfortable Beds and Seating: The unit has two comfortable queen beds and a good quality sofa.

All these are not big issues Misrepresented Listing: Booking.com listed the unit as a 2-bedroom, but it actually has only 1 bedroom. I have already informed booking.com Limited TV Channels: While a smart TV is provided, accessing typical free-to-air channels can be challenging. Consider bringing a Prime or Netflix account for easier entertainment options, especially for those who don't use streaming services. Potential Elevator Crowding: There are only 6 elevators serving 40 floors. During peak checkout times (11 AM - 12 PM), you might experience long waits (potentially up to an hour) to reach the car park. Plan your checkout accordingly. Developing Area with Traffic: The condo is located in a developing area with high traffic, especially during peak season. Plan your travel accordingly. Additional Notes: The unit is surrounded by other condo buildings (Blocks A-D) with similar homestay concepts, resulting in a high volume of residents and vehicles, especially during peak season
