Perfect all round

Was very good location handy to walk to city centre & for all local transport. The property was very clean & spacious with modern bright decor.

There should have been clear instructions inside on check out, how to leave apt rather than just say before. Would have liked the same pre arrival as didn’t like having to wait until just before arrival. Mattresses were uncomfortable, they were bit thin & springy. Perhaps a topper would help that could be removed & cleaned.

The living space and kitchen, bathrooms all excellent. Some minimal wear tear but really lovely space will be coming back again. Communication was really good and clear and the deposit came back very quickly

Mattresses need an upgrade

Perfect location. Literally 5 minutes walk from Utilita arena and 15 minutes leisurely walk to centre. Well appointed. Comfortable. Warm and spacious

The only criticism and this is being really picky!! would be there was no milk supplied - there was tea and coffee facilities but had to find shop before having a quick refresh.

Great location, easy to walk into town centre, perfect for a group or family, very large communal living/ dinning area, lots of space and bathrooms for everyone. Plenty of towels very clean and basic condiments/ toiletries supplied.

Could do with additional cutlery/ crockery only 2 wine glasses and six large dinner plates for a family of 7.

Fantastic social space, it was perfect for catching up as a group. It was a safe location, with a view of the canal and quiet at night.

All great luxury apartment

Stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. The apartment overall is what you would expect for the price. There was some general wear and tear on the carpet when we checked in which we didn't think anything of at the time however upon checking out 4 days later we received notice of having to pay £490 to replace the carpet in one of the rooms for supposed black stains caused at the time of our stay that were so bad they could not even be removed with 'industrial cleaning equipment'. We were in Birmingham for a family wedding so did not even use the apartment for long and also carried no such thing that would cause such damage. The apartment is run by a management company whose T+C's will squeeze money out of you where possible, I would advise just saving yourself the undue stress and booking somewhere else.
