The property felt well-managed and peaceful throughout. The room looked clean and had a pleasant layout. Every staff interaction was professional and courteous. Truly a satisfying experience overall.

Room looked and felt very dirty and grungy. Old french fries more than a couple weeks old still on the floor underneath the head of the bed. Yellow stains on the sheets when I pulled back the covers. Multiple stains on the towels. A noticeable layer of dirt and dust on the surface of many places in the room. The manager tried to reassign me to another room, but when I went in and check the bed, pulling back the covers again more stains on the sheets. So I asked management to go ahead and cancel my stay and I headed down the road to find a cleaner facility .

Easy check-in helped start the stay with convenience. The room showed great cleanliness and order. Bed felt soft but supportive. Service from staff felt genuinely thoughtful.
