Two toilets is great for a family plus we liked having a hot tub and being very near the local facilities.

There were ants if any food was left out for more than a few minutes and the hot tub was Luke warm despite our best efforts.

On paper these apartments are finished to a high standard, well equipped and in a good location. See comments below as it is let down by some basics but also some serious safety concerns that need immediate attention. The on-site housekeeper is friendly and very responsive despite not speaking any English (not her fault, I don’t speak Croatian!)

The air con unit was leaking, from the deep stain on the wall it is not a new problem. There was a bucket placed half-way up the narrow staircase to catch the water. Not great on shiny surfaces. It is a huge safety hazard as well as being quite unsightly. The photos of the ‘gardens’ are very misleading, only two have the open view. Four apartments face unsightly brick walls and neighbours overlooking from adjoining properties. They are not private at all, basic screening would help. There is no privacy and the noise level isn’t great. Sitting in a hot tub overlooked by everyone is not relaxing! The biggest issue are the steps up from the car park, they are neither lit up or marked, especially the first kerb. Everyone tripped on this, and one of our party tripped badly needing hospital attention as he broke his shoulder in the fall. In the UK this would be a health and safety issue and at least have a warning sign/white paint/lighting as the path is dark. The owners stated they would rectify this issue, but did nothing during our stay. The walk up from the road is through a dark alley, you can’t see very well at all. It is frustrating as these apartments would have scored much higher with the above being fixed.
