Good facilities and spaces …nice area

Problems with plumbing (toilet smells) and security door was broken so that was a problem security wise as front door to the property was only a single lock

BEAUTIFUL apartment! A dream. Nice location in private residence.

The interior was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Loved the balcony pool.

Badly let down by the incredibly poor communication of those looking after the property. I was informed only after providing my ETA upon check in that the apartment wouldn’t be ready until 6pm local time, a full two hours after the advised check in. It was then suggested by the host we would be “compensated”. It became clear that the address provided for the property was not accurate, thus making it impossible for our driver to find it. 30 minutes after arriving into the complex, we located it. The check-in information initially provided was not correct, I was addressed as “Joanna”. Upon arrival, a second set of check-in information was provided, with a completely different apartment number. It was not clear which apartment we were checking into and at that point still did not have the appropriate code to collect the key from the safety box outside the apartment. After calling the host to confirm the correct apartment, he then gave me the right information. It then transpired that the apartment we had booked was ready all along. Upon entering the apartment it became immediately clear that it had not been cleaned properly. All the towels were damp and seemingly not left to dry properly. As a result there was incredibly bad smell throughout the apartment. The bedding in the main bedroom was damp as were the sofa covers. I found a fly on the floor, virtually no toiletries and the floor mostly uncleaned throughout. After addressing these problems with our host, he admitted that there was “unusual” demand and did offer us a full refund, however this was done far too late in the day for us to obtain alternative accommodation. We raised further concerns such as the door to the bathroom not closing properly or lights either unwired correctly and not working, our host simply never replied to our messages. We had to buy incense at our own cost to attempt to remove the smell and dry the towels ourselves. We couldn’t sleep in the main bedroom as a result of the smell.
